Please read through these terms and conditions before placing your order. They do not affect your statutory rights. Placing an order with us constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

01. How to place an order

You can place an order via our website.

Once you have placed an order you will be contacted via e-mail within 24hrs (or next working day) with details of your order and further information.

We will store your data securely and it will not be passed to any third parties.

02. Payment

Payment for your order is made at the point of placing the order. From October 2019 onwards we accept Direct Bank Transfer payments only. We have stopped accepting credit card payments to minimize the risk of losses related to fraud.

Your order will be on-hold until we confirm payment has been received.

All prices on our website are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include VAT

03. Delivery

We deliver the furniture ordered to the address you provide us at the time you place your order, this must be the billing address however if you require the furniture to be delivered to another address we can arrange this but you will need to speak to one of our sales representatives first.

As part of our commitment to the Environment, we prefer to deliver your goods altogether.

Whilst we make every endeavour to adhere to delivery times, unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery beyond the suppliers’ control.

Once a delivery has been booked in and confirmed, and you need to cancel for any reason whatsoever you will need to contact the couriers directly

Not Present if the couriers have attempted the delivery and no one is present you will be charged for re-delivery

To keep your items in the best possible condition they are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. When you receive your furniture please, please, please remember to keep the packaging until you’re 100% satisfied with your order. In the unlikely event that you need to return the item we can only accept it in its original packaging. This is really important, as each piece of furniture needs the same amount of protection returning to our warehouse as it does on its way to our customers.

If you have taken advantage of our Unpack, Take Away Packaging & Recycle service, the driver will give you time to thoroughly check your items before leaving. In the unlikely event of there being a problem, the driver will repack and remove the item, as unfortunately we are unable to accept return of these items at a later date.

Before placing your order, please check that the items of furniture will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways on the way to the destination room. We endeavor to give as much information as possible in respect to weight and size of our products, however, please contact our sales team if you are unsure.

Delivery Company Disclaimer

Please be advised that whilst every care will be taken by the delivery drivers, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to your property or possessions whilst the delivery is in progress. Please therefore take care to cover any carpets or furniture and remove pictures and valuables from the delivery area.

Assembly Service
If you would like to take advantage of our assembly service which is carried out at the time of delivery by qualified fitters please select the correct time from the assembly link, all products listed on the site have the time it will take to assemble written next to them however if you are unsure please email or call us.

04. Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel your order at any time up to 24 hours after the day of ordering free of charge.

Once the items have started the production stage after the initial 24 hours then there will be a cancellation charge.

After goods have been shipped it will not be possible to for you to cancel the order without incurring admin charges.

We do require details of the cancellation by email. We aim to respond within 2 working days to confirm the cancellation and details of the refund due.

Please note products / items from all the ranges that fall under the umbrella of Brands – Welcome Furniture, One Call Furniture and Greenapple cannot be CANCELLED / AMENDED once MADE as these products are MADE TO ORDER as per individual customer taste and cannot be sold on.

Flat packed items cannot be returned if they have been assembled.

Flat Pack Furniture

If you are ordering flat pack furniture we ask that you check all the components are in the package as per the instructions, before attempting to assemble the furniture.

Commercial orders can not be cancelled under any circumstances.

Made to order items can not be cancelled under any circumstances

If you start assembling the furniture before checking the components and decide that it is unsuitable, unfortunately we cannot accept the flat pack item back into stock assembled or part assembled. We always try and replace parts of flat pack ranges if this is convenient. Damages/Missing Parts/ Faulty goods

We take special care in delivering furniture so that transit damages are kept to a minimum. Damages costs money. Should you receive your goods despite our best efforts damaged or with parts missing please let us know by filling the contact us form. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of any damaged or missing parts. You are entitled to a replacement free of charge.
