What if I don’t like the product I ordered when it arrives?
We are 100% sure that you will like any of the ranges that you purchase from us, however if you don’t you can return within 10 days for a refund. Simply contact us and we will arrange a collection by our delivery partners. Where items are simply unwanted and you have notified us within 7 days, any money which you have paid minus the cost of collection will be refunded provided we receive the goods in the original condition and packaging they were in at the time of delivery.
What if the item is damaged when it arrives?
Our specially-trained staff check your furniture to make sure it’s up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you’re unhappy with the quality, just contact us within 24 hours of delivery, sending us a couple of photos of the damage. ( Please Note : its mandatory to report damages within 24 hrs of delivery, if not adhered – we hold a right to reject any claim for replacement / cancellation of the order or any compensation ) Our team will assess the damage and, if approved, arrange for the spare parts to be sent out to you. It’s very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as you’ll be required to sign a form confirming that it was received in a good condition.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched in the UK. Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order and give you a refund. If your item has already been dispatched from our warehouse then we will refund minus any admin charges of getting the goods redirected back to our warehouse.
How long will my refund take?
We’ll issue the refund straight away and your account should be credited within ten working days, depending on how you paid. You should read our terms and conditions for more information on refunds.
Can I change my existing order?
Once you’ve placed an order, it can be changed prior to delivery there will be an admin charge. Please contact us if you’d like to ask us about this. Please note products / items from all the ranges that fall under the umbrella of Brands – Welcome Furniture,One Call Furniture and Greenapple cannot be CANCELLED / AMENDED once MADE as these products are MADE TO ORDER as per individual customer taste and cannot be sold on.
