All of our deliveries are carried out by our Two Man Delivery Teams to the room of you choice this is at the delivery teams discretion if more people are needed to carry furniture to its destination they would need to be arranged by the customer. We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders. This includes Scotland deliveries for the following postcodes.
G, ML, KA, EH, TD, FK
Scotland Postcodes AB, DD, IV, PH, KW, PA, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland will carry a surcharge depending on the number of items purchased.
When will my item(s) get delivered?
Typically the goods will be shipped within 4 weeks. Made to order furniture, can take 4 – 8 weeks to arrive.
We have close working relationships with manufacturers to reduce lead times and avoid delays, so it’s not unusual for customers to receive their orders sooner than we’ve estimated.
How will my item(s) be delivered?
All items are dispatched using a specialist furniture carrier, once the items have been delivered into them or collected by them they will contact you via email or phone to book the delivery in.
The couriers will need confirmation that you are able to accept the delivery of your items so if you have been left a message or sent and email it is vital that you get back in touch with them to confirm the delivery.
You will be given a 2-3 hour window on the day of the delivery and a further courtesy call between 30 – 60 mins prior to the delivery.
All items are delivered into your house, to the room of you choice so please make sure the route is clear of any obstacles.
If you have purchased a large item it is your responsibility to make sure it will fit, if items are ordered and they do not fit and are returned for this reason there will be a charge for the delivery, admin and restocking.
If you have new carpets or soft flooring that can be scratched please make sure you have taken the relevant precautions by covering the floor to avoid any soiling or scratches as no liability will be taken by the couriers.
If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?
Yes the order will only be dispatched once all goods ordered have been consolidated this will avoid you having to wait at home on numerous days.
We will offer you the option of a part delivery if there is a long delay on a particular product.
Can I change my delivery address?
All goods are delivered to the shipping address supplied at the time of the order being placed if you require the address to be changed we will require advance notice and you will be requested to supply some further information.
Can I contact the delivery company?
Yes, once the goods are with the couriers you will be given their contact details however they’ll contact you directly when they have scheduled the route for your delivery. We will keep you up to date via email at every stage of your order.
